"Our group had 15 work ladies attend on 18th June at The Rocks. We all had a great time. At the top of the stairs near the pole there is a person that was not on our tour. Zoom in. We all agreed the photo is creepy. The next morning I asked my friends who were photographed on the stairs who was the guy at the top of the stairs and they were shocked to see this photo. I meant to send this photo straight away but got too busy. There are also two figures wearing black clothes. One would be our fantastic guide with the hat looking towards the ‘man at the pole’, but the other dark figure looking towards Luna Park appears to have huge wings. Double creepy!"
