1. Scheduled Tour TimeFor the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, venues and Lantern Ghost Tours staff, latecomers will not be admitted. No refund or exchange available for latecomers. 2. Refund PolicyIn order to offer quality tours at affordable prices, all tour bookings are non refundable, non transferrable to other persons or dates and non redeemable for cash. Please carefully review your tour, date and time before purchase.3. Tours run in all weather conditionsTours run rain, hail or shine. In the event of heavy rain and high winds, a "rain check" may be offered for our walking street tours such as the Ghosts of the Old City Tour and Old Melbourne Ghost Tour. Please either e-mail Lantern Ghost Tours within one hour of the scheduled tour time or inform the guide in person that you would prefer to take a "rain check". Rain checks will not be offered more than 1 hour before the tour or after the tour has run."Rain checks" will only be honoured if it rains heavily in the hour preceeding and/or during the scheduled tour time.Rain Checks are not available for indoor ghost tours such as Haunted Weekends Away or J Ward Lunatic Asylum Tours as these tours are held indoors and are not weather dependent.4. Tours cancelled by Lantern Ghost ToursIn the unlikely event that Lantern Ghost Tours cancels a tour, guests will be notified immediately and offered the choice of another date or another tour. Full paying customers will also be offered the choice of a refund. Lantern Ghost Tours can not be held responsible for any transportation, accomodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs the guest has inciurred due to cancellation of our tours.5. BookingsIn order to keep tour prices low and ensure guests are serviced in the fairest manner, places cannot be held for tours without full payment. If a tenative booking is made, the place will be given to guests who make full payment first. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. 6. Delivery of ticketsOnce booked and paid, tickets will be sent via email. Customers pay a booking fee of 30c per ticket.. A valid ticket issued by Trybooking must be presented in order to join the tour. 7. ClothingIn order to ensure your safety, flat, comfortable, closed shoes and weather relevant clothing must be warn or admission may be refused. 8. Alcohol In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, any guest under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused admission without a refund.9. Waiver of LiabilityGhost Tours visit haunted, historic locations that may include stairs, dark alleyways, public roads and other hazards. All care is taken to ensure your safety during the tour, however, by purchasing a ticket you agree that you voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to your person or property and you release the venue, LGT Enterprises and booking agents from any and all liability resulting from the negligence of the venue and its owners, officers, employees or agents. You agree to indemnify and hold LGT Enterprises, the venue and its owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any liability resulting from the negligence of the venue, LGT Enterprises and its owners, officers, employees or agents. This indemnification obligation shall not include the gross negligence or willful misconduct of LGT Enterprises, the venue and/or its owners, officers, employees or agents. You certify that you are in good physical health and able to undertake and engage in the range of tour activities in which you choose to participate. This waiver, release and indemnification agreement includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of (a) use of all amenities and equipment in the venue and your participation in any activity, (b) sudden unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment and (c) slipping or falling while in the venue or on the venue premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas.
