The debate about the existence of ghosts has been going on for ages and is never ending. While some believe in supernatural spirits, others are totally against it. Although both these factions have their own reasons to justify and defend what they believe in, one cannot deny the curiosity ghosts generate. Moreover, time and again, eerie incidents give air to the fact that they actually exist. In one such incident, a video of an alleged ghost at a school in the Republic of Ireland surfaced on social media and went viral.

In the footage, captured by the CCTV of the school Deerpark CBS on October 1 at around three in the morning, one can see doors opening unannounced in the school’s hallway, things being tumbled and some strange noises being made. The video was shared by the school on its Facebook and YouTube page and is yet to be proven if it is actullay true or just another prank. The school, which was founded in 1828, is one of the oldest schools on the south side of Cork.
